It is my great privilege and honor to invite you to the 10th International Meeting on Intestinal Diseases and the Annual Congress of the Korean Association for the Study of Intestinal Diseases (IMKASID 2027), to be held from April 29 to May 1, 2027, at Grand Walkerhill Seoul, Korea.

This 10th edition marks a significant milestone in the history of our meeting. Over the past decade, IMKASID has grown into a leading international forum for intestinal diseases—a success achieved through your exceptional academic contributions, in close collaboration with the sustained dedication of the KASID community.

The theme of the meeting, "Advancing Gut Health, Growing Together," reflects our conviction that progress in clinical practice and research is achieved through collaboration and mutual learning across the global community. IMKASID 2027 is intended to support this shared growth by providing a forum in which pioneering experts and the next generation of researchers can inspire one another.

To support this exchange, the scientific program features in-depth KASID Research Workshops on inflammatory bowel disease, colorectal neoplasia, the microbiome, and nutrition, alongside practical training in artificial intelligence and intestinal ultrasound. The program is further broadened by a range of symposia, including joint sessions with leading international societies, multidisciplinary team sessions, and dedicated sessions for allied health professionals.
