Presentation Slides
File Format: Presentation slides should be made in MS PowerPoint (2007 or newer version).
Screen Ratio: As for the aspect ratio of your presentation file (slides), a ratio of 16:9 is recommended. If you submit it at 4:3, both sides of the slide may look black.
Font: Use a common font such as Aptos, Arial, Calibri, Times New Roman, etc.
Using the provided template is recommended, but not mandatory.
Podiums will be equipped with a monitor, mouse and smart pointer (No keyboard).
For the convenience of speakers, we will provide a slide note function so that you can see the script in the PPT you prepared.
The use of personal laptops or Macs in the session room is not recommended.
If you wish to present with your own laptop (IBM or Mac), please visit the Preview Room at least 2 hours prior to your scheduled session.
If you use your own Macintosh with our beam projector, we ask to bring your Mac RGB Connector as we don’t provide any devices for Macintosh.

Please be sure to keep to the allocated presentation time in consideration of the next speaker.
Arrive at your session room at least 10 minutes before the session begins.

Media & Multimedia: Pictures, graphs and tables can be included on the Poster, but video and audio will not be supported.

All poster oral presenters are required to stand in front of their poster topic booths and present their presentation (10 min. = 7 min. presentation + 3 min. Q&A) at the designated (allocated) time.
Allocated presentation times will be informed to each presenter by email.
