• Plenary Oral: 12 min (7 min talk + 5 min Q&A)
• Oral: 10 min (7 min talk + 3 min Q&A)
• Times are confirmed individually by e-mail.

Equipment & preview room

• Podium: monitor, mouse & smart pointer (no keyboard). Slide-note function provided.
• Personal laptops/Macs not recommended; if used, visit the Preview Room ≥ 2 hours before your session (bring your own Mac RGB connector).
• Preview Room location & hours: to be updated for the April 29 – May 1, 2027 program.
• Arrive at your session room ≥ 10 min early; you control your own slides.

Slides

• MS PowerPoint (2007 or newer), 16:9 ratio.
• Max 8 slides (including title & COI slides).
• Common fonts; pictures/graphs/tables allowed — no video or audio.
• Choose one of two provided templates.

Poster Oral Presentation

• Presenters stand in front of their topic booth and present.
• 10 min = 7 min presentation + 3 min Q&A.
• Allocated times informed by e-mail.
• No slide-note function in this session.
