Abstract Submission

IMKASID 2027 Organizing Committee cordially invites you to submit your abstracts. All submissions must be made online through the Abstract Submission system; abstracts sent by e-mail, fax, or post will not be accepted. Each submission will undergo peer review by the Scientific Committee, and accepted abstracts will be assigned to one of two presentation formats — Oral Presentation or Poster Exhibition (E-Poster) — and published in the official abstract book.

Steps for Submission

• STEP 01 Sign-up / Log in reuse your website account.
• STEP 02 Submit enter author & abstract info, click Save and Next.
• STEP 03 Confirmation letter sent by e-mail.
• STEP 04 My Page review or modify until the deadline.
• STEP 05 Acceptance notification sent by e-mail.

Abstract Format

Submission Guidelines

• Online submission only — e-mail, fax or post are not accepted.
• Submit by 23:59 KST, January 5, 2027.
• Abstracts can be modified on MY PAGE until the deadline.
• A confirmation of receipt is sent automatically — provide correct contacts.
• Publication rights are granted to the IMKASID 2027 Organizing Committee.
• Presenting author must complete registration with full payment by February 28, 2027, or the abstract is withdrawn.

Tables, Graphs and Images

• The total number of tables/graphs/images should not exceed three.
• The maximum file size of each graph/image is 500 KB.
• The maximum pixel size of the graph/image is 800(w) x 800(h) pixel. Make sure that the resolution of the image is at least 300dpi.
• You may upload graphs in JPG, GIF, PNG, DOC or DOCX format.

Notification of Acceptance

• All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee according to standard review procedures.
• Notification of acceptance will be sent by E-mail to presenting authors from January 31, 2025.

Withdrawal of Abstracts

• If the presenting author of an accepted abstract does not register by February 28, 2025, the abstract will be automatically withdrawn from the final program.
• If you would like to withdraw an abstract, please notify the IMKASID 2025 secretariat (info@imkasid.kr) in writing as soon as possible.
