Abstract Submission

IMKASID 2027 Organizing Committee cordially invites you to submit your abstracts. All submissions must be made online through the Abstract Submission system; abstracts sent by e-mail, fax, or post will not be accepted. Each submission will undergo peer review by the Scientific Committee, and accepted abstracts will be assigned to one of two presentation formats — Oral Presentation or Poster Exhibition — and published in the official abstract book.

Steps for Submission

• STEP 01 Sign-up / Log in use your existing website account.
• STEP 02 Submit enter author & abstract info, click Save and Next.
• STEP 03 Confirmation letter sent by e-mail.
• STEP 04 My Page review or modify until the deadline.
• STEP 05 Acceptance notification sent by e-mail.

Abstract Format

Submission Guidelines

• Online submission only — e-mail, fax or post are not accepted.
• Submit by 23:59 KST, December 5, 2026
• Abstracts can be modified on MY PAGE until the deadline.
• A confirmation of receipt is sent automatically — provide correct contacts.
• Publication rights are granted to the IMKASID 2027 Organizing Committee.
• Presenting author must complete registration with full payment by March 15, 2027, or the abstract is withdrawn.

Required Structure

Tables, Graphs and Images

• The total number of tables/graphs/images should not exceed three.
• The maximum file size of each graph/image is 500 KB.
• The maximum pixel size of the graph/image is 800 × 800 pixels, under 500 KB
• You may upload images in JPG, PNG or GIF format.

Notification of Acceptance

• All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Scientific Committee according to standard review procedures.
• Notification of acceptance will be sent by E-mail to presenting authors February 5, 2027.

Withdrawal of Abstracts

• If the presenting author of an accepted abstract does not register by March 15, 2027, the abstract will be automatically withdrawn from the final program.
• If you would like to withdraw an abstract, please notify the IMKASID 2027 secretariat (sci@imkasid.org) in writing as soon as possible.
