Registration Process

Fill out personal info and choose registration category

Choose payment method and make payment

Check your E-mail for payment confirmation

Complete
- Acknowledgement of registration will be sent to you via e-mail after completing online registration.
- You can check your payment status on your ‘My Page.’
- Your payment status will be changed from 'Payment Pending' to 'Completed' within three weeks of clearance of your payment.
- After your registration is confirmed, you can download your receipt from 'My Page'.
Payment Methods
You can check the payment status of your registration on 'My Page.'
Fees can be paid using one of the following options:

Credit Card
- Payment by credit card is available only through the on-line registration system.
- The actual debit amount is subject to change according to the exchange rate.
- All credit card service charges are to be paid by registrants.
- The merchant's name on your credit card statement will be 'Eximbay' (Non-Korean) or 'Toss payment' (Korean).
- Note: Please note that the billing descriptor will be listed as EXIMBAY.COM.

Bank Wire Transfer
- Please note that the transfer must be made under the registrant’s name and must be stated on the receipt.
- A confirmation letter will only be sent after receipt of the required fees.
- All bank charges for remittance must be paid by registrants.
- All bank remittance charges are to be paid by registrants. Any balances should be paid on-site to complete registration.
- A copy of the bank transfer (or other proof of payment) will be required if registration fees were not credited to the account on time.
Registration Confirmation
- Registration confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail right after the completion of online registration (Credit Card).
- Registration confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail within three weeks upon making the full payment (Bank Wire Transfer).
- Registration without complete payment will not be honored until the full payment is received.
- If you do not receive the confirmation letter, please contact the secretariat at info@imkasid.kr.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation can be made via e-mail and must be confirmed by the secretariat.
- All bank charges for remittance must be paid by the registrant.
No refunds will be given after March 01, 2025 (Korea Standard Time).
